Sunnyvale, CA

Work: Full Remodel

A fully remodel that brings modern luxury to reality. The bright, open-concept layout centers on a chef-inspired kitchen with custom designer wood cabinetry, a genuine Taj Mahal quartzite island and countertops, and premium Bosch appliances. The bathrooms are wrapped in Spanish Porcelanosa porcelain tile, and the primary suite has floor-to-ceiling tile, an oversized walk-in shower and a sleek floating vanity. Engineered hardwood floors, Level 5 smooth walls, Milgard windows and recessed LED lighting finish the interior. Solar panels, 200-amp electrical service, and a new HVAC system and water heater add lasting comfort and efficiency. A professionally landscaped backyard with mature fruit trees completes the home.

Size: 1,300 sqft
